Fennel worked together with the Institute for Solidarity in Asia’s Empowered Development for Governance Excellence (ISA EDGE) program in conducting a series of communications workshops spread out across four weeks for local government agencies.
The EDGE program is a leadership and governance education training program designed to provide governance knowledge and tools that can enable local agencies and organizations in fulfilling their roles as public servants.
